Soul Care groups are a little different from our other small group ministries. They are small, 4-5 people, and are closed once they form. The name comes from Soul Talk by Larry Crabb. People chat, argue, gossip, flatter, maneuver, preach, strategize, and tell wonderful stories all over the planet. But too often it's only talk and seldom the kind of meaningful conversations for which we were created. We are largely unknown, undiscovered, unmoved, and untouched because our talk rarely reaches the soul.
Our Soul Care groups are an opportunity to share with others our deepest struggles, desires and dreams. When that sharing happens connection happens and we can touch each other's souls in a way that brings growth, meaning, belonging and great joy.
